PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

§ 1. Definitions

a) Administrator -Non Profit Company Ltd. operating under the name of Homa Holistics Sp.z.o.o. and using NIP number: 5521722282, entered into the National Court Register kept by the REGION COURT FOR KRAKOW ŚRÓDMIEŚCIA W KRAKOWIE, XII WYDZIAŁ GOSPODARCZY KRAJOWEGO REJESTRU SĄDOWEGO pod numerem KRS 0000728651,
with registered office at ul.Wysoka 151, 34-240 Jordanów and a mailing address at ul. Wysoka 151, 34-240 Jordanów,
which provides services electronically and stores and gains access to information in
Users’ devices through the Website;
b) Website – a website maintained by the Administrator at the address
http://www.homatherapypoland.org or/and www.agnihotra.pl/eng,
c) User – end-user or subscriber within the meaning of the Act of July 16, 2004
Telecommunications law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended);
c) Profiling – it is any form of automated data processing
personal data, which involves the use of personal data for the assessment of some
personal factors of a natural person, in particular to analyze or forecast aspects
concerning the effects of the work of that individual, its economic situation, health,
personal preferences, interests, credibility, behavior, location or
movement;
d) RODO: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27
April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to data processing
personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the directive
95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

§ 2.Responsibilities of the Administrator

1. Performing duties imposed by the Act of 16 July 2004 Law

– name of the client station – identification by the http protocol, if it is possible,
– time of arrival of inquiry,
– http request code,
– http response code,
– URL address of the page previously visited by the user (so-called link referer) – in
if the transition to the Website was made via a link,
– information about the user’s browser,
– information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction
8. The data stored in the server log files are anonymous and are not associated with
specific people visiting the Website.
